The breakfast was good, but it did not have a nice selection nor did it compliment the price of the hotels nightly rate. And it closed down way too early for a vacation location. Staff rude when I asked for warm water to dissolve the instant oatmeal. Chaffing pans were empty-with no selections at all, and only egg selection was too spicy. No oatmeal fixed in a pot, had instant packets with lukewarm water. Milk container was empty and they didn't refill it when asked. No fresh fruit either.

I am in the area often for work, and I've stayed in nearly every hotel on the west side of SA. This is my favorite and the one I will continue to book at. For me, the most important thing in a hotel is quietness and a good white noise fan. The other hotels in the area have kids screaming, doors slamming, thin walls, with disruptive noises going on well into midnight and starting again at 5am. I have never had that issue here! I get great sleep for work and I couldn't ask for anything more.

The have several options for breakfast, that was great for us traveling with 3 adult kids , the location is excellent, restaurant around , Walmart, and SeaWorld very short drive. Friendly front desk , coffe and tea bar open 24/7 .. overall an excellent stay.. i give the 💯 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!! We will definitely be back.

The room comfort and amenities were superb. The fitness area was extremely well equipped and super clean. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and well stocked with various products and offered many options. The staff cleaning and serving at dining area were a gem. I would absolutely recommend this place to small families, is well located and close to many attractions. Will definitely stay here again.

I been staying in this hotel I think more than 6 times and I am always happy but this last time the front desk lady was starting to make me upset, asking me for my ID after I give her my passport and I have my card under my name never had they ask me for my ID after I show my password so I took it personal.
